Are you able to get her away from her friends for bit? 

Firstly if the girl is not willingly to be alone with you then she is not likely to kiss you. Secondly, being alone with her improves your chances to get a kiss by a lot. Although your goal is to eventually have her alone.  You should approach the group and mingle with them first then push to get the girl alone. What is she saying with her eyes?
